Freelance Writer Moms on Twitter
Writer moms on twitter have been a great source of job leads and last-minute help for me. While networking with other writer-moms won’t help you get a career in magazine writing, it sure feels nice to chat over the water cooler every now and then! I try to share resources via twitter, and I love knowing what the other writer moms are up to. It’s a good thing.

So far, I have
GinaLaGuardia, from Confessions of a Content Pimp; Where grammar is glamorous and commas are chic. That has to be the most fantastic writer-blog-name on the planet.
Christina Katz, author of Get Known before the Book Deal, whose name was plastered all over last month’s Writer’s Digest magazine because she was smart enough to pitch an article about social media. Plus, I feel a strange connection to people who have hairstyles similar to mine.
